Use Adaptive Control for car steering #79

Since we've already done a quadrocopter and a robot arm, why not model how a car drives in response to things like wind and various road conditions?

this could be a fun example, should be straightforward to do too, just need a car driving simulation to control! could do something up in VREP ... not sure if there are other easy to use set ups

One of Jorg's students is actually working on exactly this. They're using TORCS http://torcs.sourceforge.net/ and we have nengo hooked up to it... no idea what the progress is, but they'll be visiting us in Waterloo for most of August... :)
