Checkin Status for DNF/Abandon #27

Recognize DNF/Abandons in the status page so we don't keep looking for somebody after they have been noted in the database as DNF. Also, in the same spirit, live riders should be distinguished from finished riders -- perhaps by color/font/outline or some such.

Rider comments should appear in the checkin table.

Perhaps the roster and the checkins should be different pages.

Roster and checkins are now split. The checkin page doesn't show anyone without checkins. Now investigating the handling of DNF/Abandon
