Styling Customization for Regions #4

It would be nice if there was some way to style region pages. Not sure how this would be specified and applied.

One possible idea is to add a STYLE field to the region within which people can enter CSS that override various basic styles. This would be pasted after the standard w3 stylesheets that are in effect now.
