Public pages don't look too good on mobile phones. #8

Although there is a specialized app, eBrevet, that has a very nice display of events, and such, some interactions will be through mobile phone browsers. Not sure how to make the public pages, eg the check-in table, look good on a mobile, but it's worth thinking about.

I wonder if a Tabbed design (one tab for each control) wouldn't be a better way to display the checkins -- a way that would be nicer looking on portrait screens.

Another possibility here would be for eBrevet to have a mobile-only rider status page. The server could include rider status as part of the acknowledgement checkin packet, or just provide status to all comers on a dedicated status JSON web URL.

Regarding the roster page, the ability to check-in another rider who's phone is broken could be useful.

Now that roster and check-ins are split, I wonder if it looks better or worse on phones.

Actually, all the public pages could be tuned for phones. Changing issue title.
