This commit introduces the File Library class, which is a dynamic loader for server files. It also includes a file for displaying the FPS, and does a small quality of life update for JSlix. This should cover Feature #457.

Okay, pushed a few more changes into the featurejson branch. Hopefully, this will clear up a lot of the lingering bugs we've discussed. Awaiting your review :)
