I thought that error implied that skipfish did not recognize the server header 
sent
by webmin and usermin.

Nope - it just means that a new 'Server' value appeared at this point in the 
scan 
tree, just FYI. This is particularly interesting if the new value appears 
somewhere 
else than at /, of course.
