Chinese (Traditional) SG: Scrum Value "Commitment" is translated to "to bear, to shoulder" in Chinese

Problem:

• The Scrum Value "Commitment" in the Chinese (Traditional) version is translated into "to bear, to shoulder (the responsibility)", which lost the meaning of "dedication".

Expected:

• The translation only translate the concept of "commitment", according to Lexico.com's definition
  • commitment: The state or quality of being dedicated to a cause, activity, etc.

Actual:

• Chinese (Traditional):
  • The translation "承擔" changed the meaning of "Commitment" to "take responsibility" 
  • And the translation "承擔" is inconsistent with the translation in The Scrum Values (International versions) - May 2019 (source), which has the translation  承諾 (‘Commitment’). 
• Chinese (Simplified)
  • The translation "承诺" changed the meaning of "Commitment" to "promise"

Suggestion:

• From consulting with Taiwan Agile enthusiasts, he suggested the term 『全力投入』, which means "dedication to do ones' bests "

According to Taiwan Agile enthusiast Chungan Ke:
Commitment 講述的是：你願意 Commit 這件事實的名詞 。Commit 原來的意思是投入，犯下，去做，所以這個原意根本不是什麼承諾，這也是英文翻譯一個常見的錯誤迷思。

承諾兩個字代表了你有諾言，你要去承擔與實現這個諾言的責任。這完全不對，commitment其實就是全力投入的意思，不用說，只要作。沒有保留。這就是commitment。

這也是翻譯上面的一個挑戰，很多時候，我們想要讓所有翻譯的語句對稱對齊。

可是在拉丁語系的英文與漢藏語系的中文上，本來就沒有一個蘿蔔一個坑的對應方式，硬要強加『所謂一個英文字，我就只能用兩個中文字組成的詞』來解釋，就會有為了外觀，而犧牲了原來的內涵的結果。
