Adjusted bootstrap and css for weather icons #30

I added some boot strap classes to the weather icons and a line of CSS to add a maximum height. I was working a bit on the JS also but did not commit so as not to conflict.

Ok sounds good, yesterday I added js logic to hide the weather information before origin/destination are selected.
