Either the documentation is outdated, or there is a problem in the source code. Calling this attribute from a normal page currently returns "None" instead of the name (which can be easily called by using self.section.name from within a page hook). If there are no dependencies to this attribute, I suggest removal (either from the documentation or both code and documentation if the attribute still exists)
