Describe the bug Chat Agents contain all Organization Agents, instead of the ones that the user has access

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Invite a User to Organization
  2. Give them access to 1 project
  3. Login with the new user
  4. Go to Chat
  5. All agents are visible

Expected behavior Only the Agents that the user has access should be visible
