Board stats in the Dashboard #253

I know this is a pretty low priority thing, but some of us have unindexed boards with pretty strong user bases. We would like to keep them private so we don't get flooded with shit posting, but it would still be interesting to get a rough idea of how many people use our boards without having to index them and risk certain elements finding their way in. Would something like this be possible?

Also raising the upload size to ~13mb would allow posting of most Light Novels. I know we could host them off board and cross link them, but many of the old ones are gone except for a few people that have them. They are not a frequently downloaded thing so if they were hosted on a file sharing site they would probably be gone in a year. If we are able to keep them centrally located we can preserve them for the future. This may not seem like a big deal to you, but over the years many translated works in a variety of languages has disappeared for this very reason.
