Today, pic related happened in /v/. It seems to have happened to at least three anons (one of them looked confused about the post, the other made the screenshot and the third was me reporting the bug), but it disappeared after refreshing the page. In fact, it didn't seem to affect the archive for some reason, as seen in https://8archive.moe/v/thread/5928990/#5930929
I tried inspecting the HTML and it looked like a regular Report field like those you see when you have JS disabled. Nothing suspicious, so it probably was some serverside issue.
Note that https://8archive.moe/v/thread/5928990/#5931061 is a post made by the same anon who took the screenshot of the bug. It seems he got that image collision bug that happens from time to time, but I don't know if it's related.
