Please, improve У, Ц and Ф like on this picture (yeah, it`s 16-segment but anyway), and swap Э and З

Sure, will do - canonical forms of letters used in real hardware beat my made up ones any day of the week. :-)

Hah, you can add OpenType features with alternatives

And I'm afraid to imagine what Cyrillic will look like in the 7-segment display
