Add license #501

The license should be obvious and not buried in the docs.

I leave a comment for everyone looking this issue. This repository is a fork of kien/ctrlp. There is no LICENSE file in the original repository. But some distribution need the LICENSE file in the package file. I make a decision to merge this here from that kien did commit below to indicate that CtrlP is provided under Vim license.
