"Implicit inter-service certificate configuration can only be used on OpenShift" #3

I'm trying to deploy this in k8, not oc and getting the error

"Implicit inter-service certificate configuration can only be used on OpenShift"

when deploying deploy/010-Infrastructure

I don't see anyting oc specific in that file? Any hint would be appreciated.
