Install *Apache Camel HTTP endpoint* package on Kura #3

There is a need to install https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/apache-camel-http-endpoint in order to make Camel Example 4 work well. This is not clear on the tutorial instructions (https://dentrassi.de/2018/09/19/apache-camel-java-dsl-eclipse-kura-wires/)
