Migrate to waffle.io

This repository exists as a place to put pending tasks that do not fit into any other GitHub repository, and as a focal point for my personal waffle.io project. Steps to migrate:

• [ ] Add all GitHub repositories for which I am the/a maintainer
• [ ] Migrate all ACTION bookmarks to issues here
• [ ] Migrate all Google Keep note bullets to issues here
• [ ] Migrate all bookmarked forum topics to issues here
• [ ] Clean up my local desktop, filing issues as needed
• [ ] Figure out how to make waffle.io behave w.r.t. issues assigned to other people besides me
• [ ] Add a README to this repository with a link to https://waffle.io/ctrueden/tasks; explain that for best results, the Waffle Due Dates Chrome extension should be used in conjunction.
• [ ] Update https://imagej.net/User:Rueden with a link to the waffle board.
• [ ] Reply to https://forum.image.sc/t/how-do-you-manage-your-queue-of-tasks/19845 with an update.
