Compatibility with eXist 2.0 #9

Actually, the service is compatible with eXist 1.4.1 version but with eXist 2.0 the query services don't match any entity. For example: [server root]/codesystem/[codesystem]/version/[codesystemversion]/entities?matchvalue=Acute

Return an empty set.
