There are some missing codes from this driver file

There were some strange differences between the file in GIthub and the one I saw on my local repo. I opted for recreating the file and replacing it entirely to solve the problems without wasting more time.

I checked to make sure that the following missing records were present. The trailing zeroes should have been there from the beginning.
