Realign coordinates on female front mid-body with the proper labels #6

Fixes #5.

Man - that was confusing. If you look at the example data dictionary zip file - the labels for the question had ben altered to correct it a different way. But, I think the best solution is as you have done - remapping the zones to the area map so the F1-x and B1-x match for both male and female in title. This ensures that the data dictinoary is interchagable. We also have to update the example zip which I am doing and will submit. Please merge this in.
