Schema does not update on upgrade #54

The schema of redcap_entity_project_ownership does not update on upgrade to 2.1.0. This breaks inserts of new records in redcap_entity_project_ownership

Note this would best be done via redcap_entity, but it has no method to detect a schema change and alter tables.
