Greetings from Texas,

Your REDCap External Module is awesome! We have been looking for a solution
that would perform all these steps - save a new record, handle the required
field warnings, and show the QR Code. Unfortunately, we have a project that
refuses to use the QR Code and will only use the Survey Access Code.

If you are accepting suggestions for your EM, :-) having the ability to also
display the Survey Access Code adjacent to or below the QR Code while still
performing all the other steps would be super helpful.

If this is something that you don’t have any desire to include in the EM I
totally understand but if it’s something that you know a quick edit I could
make to the current EM code I would be happy to do that too.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Best,
Steve

Steve followed up later with this image as a mockup of how the survey access code could be presented along with the URL:

For reference, the survey access code is the value displayed by accessing Survey Distribution Tools, Survey Access Code or QR Code. The displayed page looks like this:

survey_access_code dialog box

Expect to have to call Survey::getAccessCode
