When people pay by check, UF considers that external payments (even if coming from Shands or UF Jax Physicians). Currently the email says the charge is $130 but if it's external it should be the $215.00 if they are not for profit or $270 if for profit.
The revised text needs to reflect these three different rates. How about this language:

That status is no longer supported in our system. As it looks like you are done with this project, we are going to sequester it on 1/30 unless you ask us not to. If the project is not sequestered, you will be expected to pay the normal $130 annual fee to keep it on the REDCap system when it comes due. Sequestered projects will be automatically deleted after one year in sequestration. Note: the annual fee for external non-profit organizations is $215/project. External for-profit groups have to pay $270/project.
report/warn_owners_of_impending_bill.R, line 107:
The REDCap projects you own, listed below, are due to be billed on 1st. If you take no action, you will receive an invoice from the CTSI Service Billing Team charging you $130 ($215 for external, non-profit groups; $270 for external, for-profit groups) for the past year of service for each of the projects listed here:
report/warn_owners_of_impending_bill.R, line 111:
If you no longer need or use one or more of these REDCap projects, we encourage you to export your project design and your project data, and delete the project before the first of next month. Projects deleted before annual invoicing will not be charged the annual fee of $130 ($215 for external, non-profit groups; $270 for external, for-profit groups). To delete a project, access its project link above then follow the instructions in Deleting a Project in REDCap.
Update text in these reports that references "130" to reflect the variable rates:
