Add the UAMS class notes #30

The PR adds the notes I wrote for my class at the University of Arkansas Medical School. They are a bit crude, but I would like to share them with my students via the github pages site. The issue we wrote yesterday, issue #29, documents the gaps between what we have and how this content should fit into the larger picture of module development classes.
