Add what is right about modules #5

This PR updates only guide_for_admins_and_devs.md. It adds the sections

'Where to find modules'
'What is “right” about modules?'
'REDCap Repo'

It also fixes tense errors and other typos in 'REDCap Extension History lesson'

Not that I can see, other than maybe adding links for the README and CHANGELOG for shining examples/descriptions of what makes a good implementation of either. That could be done later though, I think this is worth merging
