Reposition sequence number #42

This PR repositions the sequence number. While I was doing that I noticed that we said nothing about record IDs in the README. So I wrote some text that is at least mostly correct. Please add correctness as you see fit.

@pbchase I recall introducing a bug to the module when inserting sequence_number into config.json due to using indices in getting the data from settings elsewhere. This bug manifests in "View OnCore data" showing an empty popup. I mentioned this in a coment in an earlier PR.
