Revise examples #57

Add examples folder with test data, test data generation script, and project template.

@ChemiKyle, I get the feeling you made this commit 9001d73 on my behalf. Sorry about the seemingly redundant commits. It was easiest just to rebase my branch on summary_accrual

Next step should be to use the pickle file as a possible data source for simulations.
