The pkgdown cannot present our NEWS.md as a ChangeLog because we used keepachangelog.com to write our NEWS.md. See Changelog on GitHub page is empty.

Test the revision by running pkgdown::build_site() and reviewing the built change log at ./docs/news/index.html
