Add description_base_name to get_project_life_cycle() output.
Expand list of descriptions in project_life_cycle_descriptions.
This is required to deal with the modern forms of project log descriptions. e.g. Move to production events and deletions will not be seen without this. Many other events are hard to manage because of the project and report identifiers appended to the basenames.
