Address dbGetInfo errors in the iris-updater chunk. specify duckDB when initting.

I agree. I thought the checks run in the PR were equivalent to those run when merged to the main/master, but they aren't. When the PR failed to run the tests I needed, I merged it and released it. Sadly, I got this link in my inbox: https://github.com/ctsit/redcapcustodian/actions/runs/6909526435

I feel like I need to stop evaluating the code in those chunks and stop referring to the data objects that will not be generated as a result. :-(
