Create report sending functions #153

Closes issue #152.

This PR adds the option to include attachments with send_mail. It give the user the option to attach csvs, xlsxs or zip files. Usage example are included in the documentation.

Are there other file formats that should be included?

@ChemiKyle, take a look at what Laurence created. I think this could be really useful.
