Add make_host.sh to simplify site management #5

Add make_host.sh. Move hosts/example to host_template. Adjust README to accommodate these changes.

README additions to describe use cases for a host template would be helpful, but I'll need to confirm that my desires for their capabilities are coherent with reality. Merging this now, I'll make a PR updating the README.
