Add and refactor test data #52

Add and refactor test data in support of cleanup_bad_email_addresses_data.R

Add get_bad_emails_from_listserv_digest_test_output. Refactor get_redcap_emails_output into ./data. Fix a bug in cleanup_bad_email_addresses.R.

It would be nice if there were some way to have all testing datasets only available during testing while still having them in data-raw, so they aren't gumming up my autocomplete lists, but that task would be outside the scope of this PR!
