Log successes in the REDCap event log #6

Closes issue #5.

Review steps:

[ ] Make sure there are log entries when...
- [ ] a PDF is successfully saved.
- [ ] a PDF is unsuccessfully saved.
- [ ] an email containing a PDF is successfully sent.
- [ ] email containing a PDF is sent unsuccessfully.
[ ] Check that each log entry follows REDCap's logging format.
[ ] Verify that each log entry provides enough information to be useful in tracking down missing PDFs.
