Adds sample projects and minor README fixes. Closes #11

@mbentz-uf Could you revise the README to mention the two XML files and describe how you intend them to be used? I'm not sure of your intent, but perhaps these would be good for a new "Developer Notes" or "Testing" section in the README?

The xml's in samples/ serve as project templates to test @DATE-MAX, and @SUBJECT-ID action tags. I added this information to the Testing section to the README.

Very nice. :-) It's a little thing, but it's so much better to have a little guidance in the README.
