AACT-652: ctgov api v2 result_contacts mapping

• Created a mapping definition in the model ResultContact
• Removed mapper method from the model ProcessorV2
• Removed xml mapping, attribs method
• Created RSpec json data and test file.
• result_contact_spec test file PASS:
