Created an associated mapping definition in Outcome for the model OutcomeAnalysisGroup.
Removed create_all_from, old JSON mapper methods/old code for importing using xml from OutcomeAnalysisGroup.
Created OutcomeAnalysisGroup JSON data and RSpec test file.
