duplicated shapes in the first group #3

Steps to reproduced:

1) load sample_data/PID_GTFS.zip 2) load the same file again

There are two groups (which is fine).

Problem: shapes from second load is added to the first group.

Possible solution (unique group name):

First load: GTFS import (PID_GTFS.zip) Second load: GTFS import (PID_GTFS.zip) 1
