In the querydsl example project, it appears that the apt-maven-plugin configuration isn’t necessary.
By explicitly setting the classifier of querydsl-apt to jpa, the maven-compiler-plugin seems to handle the annotation processor well, even without the apt-maven-plugin configuration.
