Support MobileNet-v3 and EdgeTPU models #47

Similarly to multi-variation packages for MobileNet-v1 and MobileNet-v2, we should create one or more such packages for MobileNet-v3, minimalistic and EdgeTPU models. It's probably best to test them with program:image-classification-tflite.
