Add TFLite workflow with LoadGen for Object Detection #50

For v0.5, we only had time to create a TFLite workflow with LoadGen for Image Classification out of the existing TFLite workflow for Image Classification.

For v0.7, we would like to create a similar TFLite workflow with LoadGen for Object Detection out of the exiting TFLite workflow for Object Detection.
