create repository for Yocto build, targeting the Raspberry Pi 4 Model B
build base Yocto image w/ Wifi enabled, load onto Raspberry Pi
add placeholder layer for Memory Mania, to be completed later

DoD

build is successful
image successfully loaded onto Raspberry Pi
Raspberry successfully boots, and can be logged into via WiFi
the project overview has been updated to include the Yocto repository link

Summary: Each of the four parts of the DoD are true Flashing an SD card with the image built with 5716caf and booting results in a successful boot. Upon immediately running ifconfig, it can be seen that the pi automatically connected to wifi. Furthermore, I was then able to ping the pi's address from my PC and ssh into the pi. The wiki is up to date as well

I'm about halfway done here - I've got an image for the raspberry pi building and booting correctly, but am still fighting with the wifi

I have an image that boots, and connects to wifi automatically! I would have liked to update it such that it would request a static IP address, but I fear I do not have enough time - so that can be marked as a future improvement for the moment. I will leave this ticket open for the moment while I finalize documentation and such.
