MemoryMania Clean Up & Minor Fixes

General clean up, including the following:

• the characters generated are not actually random
• the random characters selected print to the terminal, and stay there, meaning that the game is not really a memory game right now!
• general clean up. There are a lot of debug print messages everywhere, which should be removed or moved to a syslog implementation.

• new image with the new version of the game implements the above fixes

• debug print statements have either been removed, or in moved to a syslog implementation
• truly randomized the character generation
• implemented ncurses such that the sequence prints to the screen only and then disappears, making the game actually a memory game!
