The userspace application needs to be capable of writing formatted LED commands to a file so that it can talk to the kernel module.

Definition of Done: The userspace application contains:

an abstract representation of an RGB LED color (may overlap with #8), and
an interface to serialize the above color into bytes to write to a file. The file used does not need to be owned by the driver (yet).
