fols missing in toc #20

2v 10v 121r appears after 11v in the TOC

2v: tc contains char |ʒ| in list of measurements, might be screwing jekyll up

121r: folio id <page>0121r</page> causes md file to be named "p-0121r" which sorts after 11v. Should be changed to: <page>121r</page>

manually renamed files to fix in this version

I've manually edited these files to make them appear in TOC. However, looks like characters like dram and ampersands in metadata cause page generation failures. Will have to open new issue for permanent fix.
