Update GitHub syllabus #29

@jwayno is updating all syllabi in GD, but we need to then update the GitHub version. The master syllabus version is the GD student, so each week by the time of the lab, the GitHub version needs to be updated to reflect the changes in the GD master student file. Jeffrey - no action is needed Mehul - for you to do weekly Let me know if this is confusing or needs clarification.

There are two copies of the syllabus on Github. Please update both: 1) README.md in master branch 2) _includes/syllabus.md in gh-pages branch.

There are problems in the markdown. I had fixed these in the Github version but they're back now. You'll probably need to update the syllabus section-wise.
