I began to edit this file, but my attempt at html did not seem to be successful. Please do not undertake all the encoding yourself! Not worth your time. If my attempts were entirely unsuccessful, you should probably just delete. If my start on encoding was successful, I can continue, but I didn't want to waste a lot of time if it wasn't.
