change all uppercase images to lowercase #188

any .PNG --> .png .JPG --> .jpg etc.

@tcatapano, when I change these files locally, git does not see the file extension change as a change to be tracked: image

How do you think I should proceed? There are only two images, and I actually think they are no longer used anywhere in the site: homepage-study.png homepage-study-tiles.png

Just deleted and then re-uploaded lowercase extension files through Github interface: commit 90bc3f8ee955b5c0a83a8c40e8ce5d34193961ea
