DECISION: deploy site elsewhere (as deploying as part of sandbox repo would be very complicated) and then link in the sandbox index as one of the projects https://cu-mkp.github.io/sandbox/

@gschare will copy over stylesheet and asset directory for preliminary attempt just so that we have SOMETHING to look at
