Diagnose and fix wrong author for ann_074 #2063

ann_074 "Polishing and Engraving Stones" has Baris as the author instead of Angel Screenshot 2022-05-11 at 08-42-18 Making and Knowing

Find out why this is and correct it

annotation-metadata lists the author of ann_074 as author_065 (Baris Gokturk) instead of author_066 (Angel Jiang). Change and set essay to published in order to update info on next site build.

Done. Should be double checked in Edition after next build
